Lost your key or moved to a new Mac? Here’s how to get it back.

1. Get your key

Open the customer portal and sign in with the email you used at checkout. All your keys are there.

Search your inbox for “Destroy Any Desktop” — the key is in the email that came with your receipt.

2. Activate it

In the app, open Settings → License → Enter key. Each key works on up to 3 Macs.

Out of slots? Deactivate an old Mac in Settings → License on that Mac. If you can’t reach it anymore, write to us and we’ll free the slot.
